Forget the long lines, the hurried hellos, and the three seconds spent convincing everyone to look at the camera. At Santa's Guesthouse, your family is invited to settle in, stay awhile, and enjoy a private visit with the fellow in red.
The time is yours. And Santa, as it happens, is an excellent host.
A BELOVED TRADITION, REIMAGINED
Some traditions are simply too good to let go.
For nearly two decades, families have made visiting Santa part of their Christmas celebrations. Children grew taller, wish lists grew longer, and familiar faces returned year after year.
When Brian joined the tradition in 2019, he became part of something already rather special.
And then came 2020. A year when keeping Christmas traditions alive required a little creativity. And a rather good idea.
With traditional Santa visits suddenly impossible, we found another way. Private reservations replaced the lines. Families had time to settle in, enjoy a proper conversation, and tell Santa everything on their minds.
Santa's Guesthouse was born.
What began as a necessity quickly became something wonderful in its own right. The visits were more personal, the pace more relaxed, and the photographs told a much fuller story.
And just like that, a beloved Christmas tradition found a whole new way to carry on.
A little history. A lot of Christmas.
For nearly twenty years, Buddy was the heart of this tradition. A Marine with an extraordinary heart for children, he made every visit feel personal and carried that same spirit of service far beyond Christmas. His passing in May 2026 left an enormous legacy of kindness, laughter and love.
A fellow Marine and youth minister, Tobie came to know Santa's calling through Buddy. He shares that same gift for connecting with children, along with a wonderful sense of humor. When the Guesthouse needed him in 2025, he stepped forward. Buddy knew he'd found someone special.
A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS
Those were Buddy's words to us, and we've taken them to heart. In 2026, Tobie carries the Santa's Guesthouse tradition forward, bringing the same patience, warmth and genuine care that families have come to know and love.
He isn't here to replace Buddy. He's here to continue something Buddy believed in deeply: making every child feel welcome, every family feel special, and every Christmas visit worth remembering.
That’s the idea behind Santa’s Guesthouse: a private visit, time to settle in, and room for the wonder to unfold.
